How many questions are in the NCLEX-RN papers?
Three practice papers of 100 questions in 120 minutes each, plus practice by client-needs category and a free ten-question quick test. Every question is explained when the paper is marked.
Does it work like the real adaptive exam?
No. The real NCLEX is computer-adaptive and stops between 85 and 150 questions depending on your performance. These are fixed-length papers, which is what makes them useful for practice: everyone sees the same paper and can compare.
Are these official NCLEX questions?
No. They are written to the NCSBN test plan categories in the style of the exam. NCSBN does not release live items, and any site claiming real ones is not selling the exam.
