What this program is

This is a practical training programme, not a casual video series. Each eight-week track develops a defined set of remote-work skills through guided lessons, real workflows, assessed practice and feedback. A certificate records that the published graduation requirements were met; it is not a guarantee of employment.

Daily progression: modules and quizzes

• Every module ends in a short quiz. All questions must be answered correctly to unlock the next module. There's no partial credit on the gate itself.
• You can retake a quiz as many times as you need, immediately. Your best verified result for each lesson contributes to the permanent quiz average, while all attempts remain available for tutor review.
• If you fail the same quiz three times in a row, it locks until you rewatch the video all the way through. This isn't a penalty, it's there because three misses usually means the material didn't land the first time, not that you're guessing wrong on purpose.

Weekly assignments

• Released every Tuesday at 12:00 AM WAT, due Friday at 10:00 AM WAT.
• Each assignment presents a real scenario tied to that week's skill, with graded questions, a short research question, and one ungraded reflection question.
• Submitting late costs 5 points automatically, flat, no exceptions. This trains the same punctuality a real employer or client will expect from you.
• Tutor-reviewed assignments, Playground scenarios and required final assessments form the practical-work record. Together, verified practical work contributes 30%of the overall graduation score.

Friday live sessions

• Live, instructor-led, mostly role-play and mock scenarios, not counted toward your 4 hours of weekday lessons.
• The live session helps students practise, ask questions and prepare for assessed work. Any separately assigned practical task is scored under the practical-work component; attendance is not a separate graduation-score category.
• Miss a session without notice and it's logged. Miss two, and you'll get a check-in from your instructor. If you have to miss one, follow the catch-up instructions shown by the tutor or on the student dashboard.

Week 8: Certification

Students must complete every required final assessment. Each is reviewed against the published rubric and contributes evidence to the practical-work component of the overall score.

• A written final covering the reasoning, communication and role knowledge developed during the course.
• Three graded practicals specific to your track (for example: three mock calls for Lead Generation, or three mock support tickets for Customer Service), each graded against a real rubric.
• A practical tools task, using your track's real software (CRM, ticketing system, scheduling tool, etc.), graded against an answer key.

Completion of required final work is mandatory, but students are not required to score 80% in every individual final assessment. Graduation is based on the approved overall weighted formula.

What it takes to actually get certified

Your final score is a weighted composite: 40% best verified quiz results + 30% verified lesson completion + 30% tutor-reviewed practical work. You need 80% or higher overall, completion of every required assessment and full tuition coverage to qualify for certification.

Meeting the requirements records your eligibility; the certificate remains locked until the Academy's official graduation release week.

If you fall short, you get one guided retake window with specific remediation on exactly where you fell short, not just a blind repeat of the whole thing.

Code of conduct

• Be on time to live sessions and submit work on time. It's the same discipline you're being trained to bring to a real job.
• Practicals and role-plays must be your own real attempt, not memorized theater. This is where you actually build the skill.
• Never share quiz or exam answers with other students. It only cheats you out of the skill you're here to build.

A first violation means the affected assignment is voided and you resubmit. A repeat violation can mean removal from the cohort.

What certification does and doesn't mean

Certification records verified learning and assessed work. A limited internship pathway is available to selected students based on performance, reliability, communication and readiness. Eligible graduates may also opt in to having a reviewed recruiting profile and selected portfolio evidence presented to potential employers through our United States recruiting agency.

Training, internship selection and employer visibility are different stages. None guarantees an interview, placement, client, salary, visa sponsorship or job offer. Recruiting-profile participation requires the graduate's explicit consent and can be withdrawn.
