What students actually learn
The five tracks are Lead Generation and Appointment Setting, Customer Service and Call Center, Social Media Management, Virtual Assistant, and Tier-1 IT Support. Each landing page names the skills, weekly learning journey, practical outputs and role context for that track. Prospects can also use the interactive course selector to compare their experience, interests and preferred starting timeline before choosing.
The Academy is designed around doing the work, not merely watching it. Students move through scheduled lessons, knowledge checks and written tasks; practise role-specific decisions; receive tutor feedback; and revise work when reassessment is appropriate. A skills checklist links demonstrated abilities to assessed evidence, while the private graduation portfolio helps each learner preserve reviewed examples of work.
How teaching and accountability work
A fixed cohort calendar gives students a shared pace. Guided study is scheduled from Monday through Thursday, and the Friday live class begins at 4 PM WAT. The dashboard shows the next action and calendar so a learner can see the lesson, practice, deadline or feedback that needs attention. Staff can create universal tasks, while student-created work remains private unless it is intentionally part of an assigned team exercise.
Practice quizzes support learning and use the best verified result per lesson in the permanent score while retaining attempts for review. Tutor-reviewed practical work is not treated as complete simply because a student uploaded an answer. Submission status, feedback, revisions and reassessment remain visible so the final record distinguishes participation from demonstrated competence.
What the Playground and study assistant are for
The role-specific Playground lets students rehearse essential workflows without pretending to be the full commercial product. Support learners can practise ticket triage and status movement in a Jira- or Zendesk-style board. Team projects can expose ownership and dependencies, while private student tasks keep personal practice separate. Other tracks use scenarios that reflect their own day-to-day work.
An academic help assistant is available inside the Academy for questions about lesson material. It is limited to academic support, rate-limited against abuse and designed not to complete assignments or make grading decisions. Students remain responsible for their own submitted work and should verify assistance against the lesson or ask a tutor when an answer is uncertain.
How grading, graduation and certificate verification work
Graduation requires at least 80% overall under the existing weighted formula: 40% verified quiz performance, 30% lesson completion and 30% assessed practical work. Required assessments must be complete, and full tuition coverage must be verified. Career Readiness is a shared support module rather than a separate certificate course.
A certificate is not released as soon as a progress card looks complete. Student access remains locked until the authorised graduation week. Once issued, a certificate has a public verification route so a third party can check its current status. Administration can correct, revoke or reissue records when an authorised staff workflow requires it.
You can review the full academic rules in the student handbook and use the certificate verification page for an issued credential.
Scholarship and sponsorship safeguards
The Founder's Scholarship is a pre-admission process, so an applicant does not need dashboard access to request support. Awards range from 20% to 100% and are decided through human review against the published criteria and available ₦3,000,000 cohort budget. An application is a request for consideration, not an automatic award.
Sponsorship supports a named learner, a consented public scholarship profile or the general scholarship pool. Scholarship applicants control whether a profile may be shown to potential sponsors. Personal information is not made public by default, and graduate portfolios also remain private unless the learner chooses to share a controlled link.
Training, selected internships and employer visibility are different stages
SchoolRegistry Academy provides structured training, practical assessment, tutor feedback and verified evidence of each student's demonstrated skills. Every enrolled student receives the learning experience included in the course, but enrolment or graduation does not automatically produce an internship or job.
A limited internship pathway is available to selected students. Selection considers course performance, practical-work quality, communication, reliability, availability and readiness for supervised work. Internship opportunities are limited and are not guaranteed to every student.
Eligible graduates may choose to create a professional recruiting profile through our United States recruiting agency. With the graduate's explicit consent, approved profile information, demonstrated skills and selected portfolio evidence may be presented to potential employers looking for remote talent. Participation is optional, profiles are reviewed before presentation, and graduates can request withdrawal.
Employer visibility is not the same as employment. Publishing or presenting a graduate profile does not guarantee an interview, internship, placement, salary, visa sponsorship, client or job offer. Employers determine their own requirements and make their own hiring decisions.
- The Academy trains and assesses students.
- Internships give selected students supervised work experience.
- The recruiting agency helps eligible, consenting graduates become visible to potential employers.
Our commitment is to prepare students properly, document what they can do and create credible routes to opportunity without promising an outcome that depends on selection or an employer's decision.
Questions to ask before you pay
- Does the track's weekly work match the role you genuinely want to practise?
- Can you protect regular study time Monday–Thursday and attend Friday support?
- Do you understand the 80% overall graduation threshold and practical-review requirement?
- Do you have a phone or computer and a realistic data plan for the work?
- Do you understand that internship selection and employer exposure are separate from graduation?
- Have you compared the full-pay, two-instalment, scholarship and sponsorship routes?
If the answer is unclear, use the course selector first or book an advising conversation. A good enrolment decision is one where the workload, cost and expected evidence are understood before payment.
