Who it is for

People who finished Word 1 and write long documents or letters to many people.

What you will be able to do

  • Use heading styles and a contents page that builds itself
  • Send one letter to a whole list with mail merge
  • Review a document with comments and track changes

By the end you will turn a long, messy document into a professional one, with heading styles, a contents page, page numbers and a landscape page, and you will send one letter to a whole list, review changes with others, and reuse your work with templates.

How it works

Each lesson starts with a short video. Tolu, your guide, shows you what to do and says it in plain words. You practise on a real-looking Word, with Tolu guiding each step.

You work on a practice computer inside the course, so you cannot break anything. More than 75% of your time is hands-on practice, not watching.

Every lesson is split into steps, and a row of step bars shows where you are. If a step is too hard, press Skip and come back to it later.
