Every track trains inside a made-up company that behaves like a real one: real requests, real customers, real deadlines, real consequences. You are not watching someone else work; you are doing the work.

You work in the software the job actually uses, and a tools library inside your handbook holds the tutorials we checked ourselves.
Your own work email from day one.
Every student gets a real inbox on students.schoolregistry.ng. Mail from your fictional workplace arrives there, including the ones that are traps, so you learn to handle a workday inbox before an employer hands you one.
Two weeks of timed practicum shifts.
After eight weeks of lessons you work timed shifts on your simulator, graded the way an employer would grade you. Some mistakes fail the shift outright, the same mistakes that get people fired.
Your work is marked, with feedback you can act on.
Assignments are reviewed, returned with comments, and you resubmit until it is right. Certificates are only issued under the published rules: the required work done, tuition covered, an 80 percent overall result.

Questions people ask
- What is a simulated workplace?
- A fictional company built for one track, with its own people, customers, files and problems. It behaves like a real employer: requests arrive, customers push back, deadlines pass, and the same mistakes that would get you fired fail the task. Every company, person and figure is fictional and is checked against the real world so no real business is imitated.
- Is the practicum real work?
- It is timed shifts on your track's simulator after the eight weeks of lessons, graded the way an employer would grade you. Some errors fail a shift outright, for example sending a password in a ticket, promising a customer something you cannot deliver, or breaking a privacy rule.
- Who marks the work?
- On the cohort tier, tutors review assignments and practicum shifts and return comments; you resubmit until it is right. On the self-paced tier, the Academy's coach grades the same work against the simulator's facts and a written rubric and explains every correction. The certificate rules are identical on both.
- Does the Academy promise a job?
- No. The Academy develops and assesses skills. Employment depends on your performance, employer requirements and available roles. What you leave with is evidence an employer can check: a verifiable certificate, a portfolio of marked work and practicum records.
- What does it cost?
- ₦200,000 for most tracks and ₦250,000 for the premium tracks on the cohort tier, with a two-installment option. The self-paced tier is ₦300,000 and ₦375,000.
