Who it is for

People who can use a mouse and keyboard and now need proper documents.

What you will be able to do

  • Write a formal letter and tidy a CV an employer can read in a minute
  • Build a price list or timetable in a table
  • Add page numbers and send your work as a PDF

By the end you will type, fix and format your own documents, and make a proper letter, a clean CV, a price list, a letterhead and an invoice, then save them as PDFs and print them.

How it works

Each lesson starts with a short video. Tolu, your guide, shows you what to do and says it in plain words. You practise on a real-looking Word, with Tolu guiding each step.

You work on a practice computer inside the course, so you cannot break anything. More than 75% of your time is hands-on practice, not watching.

Every lesson is split into steps, and a row of step bars shows where you are. If a step is too hard, press Skip and come back to it later.
