Dr. Matthew Uwuigbe, a senior lecturer at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, died in a hotel room in the Mosco area of Ekpoma on Sunday after an alleged encounter with a 21-year-old sex worker. Police said three persons, including the hotel owner, manager and the sex worker, are in custody, and the corpse is at Oriaifo Memorial Hospital mortuary.
