A ten-week certificate course in project coordination, taught inside Fennelwood Digital, a fictional thirty-eight person agency in Austin with eleven live projects, and Ironvale Projects, a Lagos fit-out contractor with three sites and a client who pays late. You coordinate four projects for eight weeks: an e-commerce rebuild, a patient portal, a brand and website, and a coffee retainer. You run the stand-up, keep the board true, find the two-week slip nobody mentioned, raise the change request, reconcile the hours against finance, and write the Friday report your manager is graded on. The course follows the CAPM exam outline, and a scheduling add-on takes you into Primavera P6 on the same projects.
Start: October 12, 2026 · 11 AM WAT (Nigeria).
Fee: ₦200,000 for this track, or two ₦100,000 installments with the balance due three weeks later.
Format: Ten weeks: eight of lessons, assignments and one live class a week, then two practicum weeks of timed shifts on the track's job simulator. Your track’s live-session day and time are confirmed at enrolment.
